Yes. Full service and Management contracts include Clinical Pharmacy programs and services. For hospitals that do not have the financial resources to hire a full-time clinical pharmacist or for those who cannot attract a clinical pharmacist to their particular location, PharmaCare Services fills the gap. Directors of Pharmacy at PharmaCare Services managed pharmacies receive support from the corporate Clinical Pharmacist with formulary development, pharmacy and therapeutic committee initiatives, therapeutic interchange and working closely with the medical staff.

Yes. PharmaCare Services participates in several JCAHO surveys each year. The Clinical Division oversees this process and has extensive experience preparing for and successfully completing surveys and inspections.
